About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role supports club policies, procedures, compliance, and daily GOLD Member and Club Standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, and ensure merchandise is properly signed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from sales floors, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins; and use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Work in other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Support a safe, positive, inclusive environment and address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
• Help execute promotional plans, maintain accurate signage, and meet daily GOLD Club Standards.
