About The Position

The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance; replenishes and stocks merchandise; and keeps the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role includes stocking a range of merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, handling cardboard, and following club policies and procedures. Team members may also perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, and ensure merchandise is properly signed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, full, and organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins; and use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Complete required training and certification processes.
• Contribute to a safe and positive environment for members and fellow team members.
• Deliver member service excellence, address member concerns, and uphold daily GOLD Member and Club Standards.
