Recovery Clerk Full Time
About The Position
The Recovery Clerk provides members with prompt, courteous service and assistance while replenishing and stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and organized. The role includes restocking milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; folding and organizing apparel, books, and other items; ensuring merchandise signage is proper; removing cardboard and replenishing box bins; and returning re-shop merchandise to the sales floor. The clerk maintains club policies and procedures, supports club standards, and may work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.

Responsibilities
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
- Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, ensuring proper signage.
- Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
- Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
- Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
- Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases; replenish box bins and use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
- Return returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
- Maintain all club policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
- Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Help create a safe and positive environment for members and team members; address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized.
