Requirements

One year supervisory experience
Communication and customer service skills.
Excellent origination skills
A team player who values collaboration and building relationships.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Organize the daily work schedule for the reconditioning (recon) department.
Oversee and maintain the vehicle inventory reconditioning process.
Coordinate with multiple departments to provide a efficient recon process.
Assign repair orders to technicians and manage workflow to maximize productivity.
Create, estimate, and manage repair orders throughout the reconditioning process.
Maintain inventory and supplies for the recon and rust-proofing departments.
Prepare and process repair orders for recon, rust-proofing, and customer work, ensuring daily filing and documentation.
Maintain accurate and detailed purchase order records.
Build positive working relationships with dealership managers and staff.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory personnel.
