About The Position
The Receptionist at Davis Animal Hospital serves as the first point of contact for clients and helps coordinate a compassionate, efficient hospital experience. The role involves managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, maintaining accurate medical records, scheduling appointments, processing financial transactions, and educating clients about preventative care and hospital services. The receptionist is also expected to provide empathetic support to clients and their pets, including during stressful situations. This is a full-time, on-site position at Davis Animal Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes some weekends and holidays. The listed base pay range is $16 to $17 per hour. Candidates may be asked to complete a short online assessment during the hiring process.
