Receptionist - Livewell Animal Hospital of St. Augustine
About The Position
The Receptionist at Livewell Animal Hospital of St. Augustine is responsible for creating a welcoming, compassionate first impression for clients and supporting smooth hospital operations. The role manages a multi-line phone system, greets clients, maintains accurate medical records, schedules appointments, and handles financial transactions. The receptionist also helps clients understand preventative care and other hospital services, while providing empathetic, respectful support to clients and their pets. The position is full-time and on-site. A flexible schedule that includes some weekends and holidays is required. The listed base pay is $16–$19 per hour, based on experience and role.
Requirements
