About The Position

McMichael and Gray P.C. is a thriving, a full-service real estate law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients, realtors, and lenders. We are seeking a highly energetic Receptionist who excels in fast-paced environments and can handle both mental and physical stamina, including lifting and moving office supplies regularly.

Requirements

A polished, professional demeanor and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding phone etiquette and customer-service mindset
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable punctuality and excellent attendance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and assist clients, realtors, lenders, and visitors with genuine friendliness and professionalism
Answer and professionally direct all incoming calls with speed and accuracy
Prepare and maintain all conference rooms to picture-perfect standards
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
Support document preparation, scanning, and copying
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting at all times
Take memorable client photos upon request to help create lasting memories
Provide friendly administrative support to attorneys and staff
Prepare refreshments as needed to enhance client visits and meetings
Proactively order and replenish office supplies
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying boxes of office supplies, moving equipment, and organizing mail and packages.
