Provides administrative support to Administration, as directed by the CEO's Senior Executive Assistant. Assists callers and guests by receiving and managing phone calls and messages. Coordinates travel arrangements for employees and the Board of Trustees. Participates as a member of the team to achieve business goals and guest/visitor satisfaction. Deals discreetly with large amounts of sensitive, confidential information on a daily basis.
