We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as a central point of coordination for office operations and executive support. This role provides high-level administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing a broad range of administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, supporting business operations, processing invoices, and maintaining office services. In addition, this position plays a key role in planning and executing internal events, administering program rewards, and providing backup support for mail processing. As a highly visible role, it requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in our New York City office. Candidates with a background in financial services will be especially well-suited for this role, given the pace, complexity, and level of interaction with senior leadership.
