About The Position

Carl Black Chevrolet of Nashville is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative. As a first point of contact for many customers, this person creates a welcoming experience in person and over the phone, manages a busy front desk, and provides general customer and administrative support. Automotive experience is not required. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with compensation up to $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Nice To Haves

Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Direct customers and calls to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist clients with general questions and dealership information.
Perform basic administrative duties, including filing, copying, and document handling.
Assist with scheduling and other front-office needs as necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Communicate effectively with sales, service, and administrative teams.
Help ensure every customer receives a positive first impression of the dealership.
