Reporting to the Office Supervisor, the Receptionist is a key member of the Administrative Team, supporting all departments to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist presents a professional and welcoming presence, creating a positive experience for PSWs, staff, clients, and visitors. This role requires a friendly and approachable manner, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude in anticipating needs and addressing tasks. Working closely with the Office Coordinator and Office Supervisor, the Receptionist provides support on daily activities and special projects, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
