About The Position

Swingers is hiring a Reception team member at its Dupont Circle location. The Reception team greets guests, sells golf, coordinates tee-off timings, and provides the guidelines and instructions guests need to enjoy the venue. The role supports Swingers’ guest experience through effective communication and coordination with management, while following the company’s ethos, policies, and procedures. This is an onsite role requiring the employee to be on premises to perform the work. The position involves physical and scheduling demands, including extended periods of walking, standing, or lifting heavy items and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a busy hospitality environment.
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.
Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
Ability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to be on premises to perform all work requirements.
