About The Position

Swingers – the crazy golf club is seeking a Reception team member for its NoMad location. The Reception team greets guests, sells golf, coordinates tee-off timings, and provides guests with the guidelines and information they need to enjoy the venue. The team supports the Swingers guest experience through strong communication, effective coordination with management, and adherence to company ethos, policies, and procedures. The position must be performed on the premises. Swingers is a hospitality and leisure brand offering immersive venues with crazy golf, DJs, craft cocktails, and gourmet street food.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a busy hospitality-industry environment.
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.
Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
Ability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the work on the premises.

Nice To Haves

Hotel front desk and/or Maître D' experience.
