About The Position

The Rebate Reconciliation Process Manager supports the team both as an individual contributor handling the most complex pharmaceutical rebate reconciliations and as a mentor providing coaching, training, and management oversight to other team members. The role develops and designs processes for the reconciliation function, leads projects, and resolves complex and escalated issues. It works closely with internal partners in Invoicing, Research, Accounting, Client Support, and Trade Relations, as well as external pharmaceutical manufacturers, helping drive value for clients by reducing their overall drug spend.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, operations, or analytical roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation functions.

Nice To Haves

• Strong SQL, Teradata, GCP, or other data analytics platform experience.
• Knowledge of financial controls, auditing practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare operations, or rebate management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex pharmaceutical rebate reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve payment disputes.
• Provide coaching, training, and subject matter expertise to analysts and senior analysts.
• Lead cross-functional projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation, financial controls, and continuous improvement.
• Develop business requirements, documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform analysis, reporting, testing, and root cause investigations to support business objectives.
