About The Position
PROMOVE, Atlanta's largest Apartment Locating service, is seeking motivated real estate sales professionals to join their team of commission-based Apartment Locators. This is a tech-enabled business that thrives even in a down housing market, offering the opportunity to build a pipeline of future home buyers while earning commission income. As an Online Apartment Locator, you will handle inbound inquiries from customers seeking apartments in the Atlanta metro area. Utilizing PROMOVE's advanced technology, you will conduct needs analyses and create customized online Apartment Portfolios. Your role will be to serve as a resource for customers' rental needs, offering expert advice on the Metro Atlanta apartment market, neighborhoods, and specific apartment details. You will guide clients through the entire apartment hunting process, from research to leasing and move-in, aiming to create excellent customer experiences that foster referrals and repeat business.

- Receive inbound inquiries from customers looking for apartments in the Atlanta metro area.
