This role focuses on closing deals with motivated homeowners, leveraging provided leads and a dedicated intake team. The ideal candidate is competitive, persuasive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, with a track record of closing business and strong negotiation skills.

Requirements

Proven sales experience with a track record of closing business
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust
Comfortable meeting sellers in person and traveling to properties when needed
Basic understanding of real estate concepts, terminology, and transactions required
Ability to learn and apply real estate investment strategies

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or real estate sales is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Meet with motivated homeowners by phone, video, and in person
Build trust and uncover seller needs and motivation
Evaluate properties and negotiate purchase offers
Overcome objections and confidently ask for the contract
Guide sellers through the process from appointment to signed agreement
Follow up consistently on active opportunities
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth contract execution
