About The Position
Namdar Group is a premier real estate development firm based in Great Neck, NY, specializing in ground-up multifamily high-rise projects. We are dedicated to shaping city skylines and building vibrant residential communities through innovative design, strategic planning, and financial investment excellence. As a Real Estate Capital Market’s Associate, you will support our financing and investment strategies for high-rise residential projects from initial analysis through deal closing, ensuring they are capitalized on schedule, within investment parameters, and to our exacting return standards. You will serve as a key point of contact for financial operations, coordinating closely with lenders, equity partners, executive leadership, and investment brokers to drive the successful funding and financial structuring of our large-scale multifamily developments.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate development
- Specialization in ground-up multifamily high-rise projects
- Understanding of financing and investment strategies
- Ability to perform initial analysis through deal closing
- Skills in ensuring capitalization on schedule and within investment parameters
- Proficiency in meeting exacting return standards
- Experience as a key point of contact for financial operations
- Strong coordination skills with lenders, equity partners, executive leadership, and investment brokers
