Real Estate Finance Associate
About The Position
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. The expanding practice handles a range of financial and real estate matters for a variety of clients. The group works on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in transactions across the country. Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of their law school transcript. The position offers an annual salary range of $230,000 to $320,000. Employees may also be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off. Compensation depends on factors including experience, skills, and location.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Admission in good standing to the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of law school transcript.
