Real Estate Finance Associate
About The Position
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. The expanding practice handles real estate and finance matters for a variety of clients throughout the United States. The group represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in transactions involving senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of their law school transcript. Compensation is determined by factors including experience, skills, and location. The annual salary range is $230,000–$320,000. Employees may also be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Admission to and good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of law school transcript.
