About The Position
Mayer Brown LLP’s Los Angeles office is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance practice. The practice represents leading institutional lenders, investment managers, hedge funds, and financial institutions in complex commercial real estate finance transactions nationwide. The group’s work is lender-focused and transaction-driven, and includes senior mortgage and mezzanine financings, bridge and construction loans, preferred equity investments, loan portfolio acquisitions and sales, and structured secondary market transactions. The team also advises on sophisticated restructurings and modifications involving performing and distressed assets. The position offers a salary range of $235,000 to $365,000, though actual salary may vary based on the candidate’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program and comprehensive benefits, including insurance coverage, a 401(k) savings plan, backup childcare and eldercare, and professional development and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Mid-level associate with a JD from 2021 through 2024.
