Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Corvallis
About The Position
Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent to work with real estate customers on a flexible schedule. The role is suited to new agents seeking to develop their skills and experienced agents seeking flexibility. Associate Agents work in the field without office visits and are paid a flat rate per field event as independent contractors. The role does not involve sales pressure, contracts, or closings. Optional educational services are available at no cost. Applicants may be invited to a video screen after applying; a recruiter will provide next steps if there is an opening in the applicant’s area. If no opening is available, Redfin may retain the applicant’s information for future contract opportunities.
Requirements
- Hold a real estate license in the state where the candidate will work.
- Be willing to affiliate the license exclusively with Redfin.
- Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
- Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the market.

Responsibilities
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections.
