About The Position
Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent to work with real estate customers on a flexible schedule. The role involves field events such as showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Agents set their own hours and control their workload, with customer opportunities especially on weekends. The position has no sales pressure, contracts, or closings, and work is performed remotely in the field without office visits. Optional educational services are available at no cost. As an independent contractor, the agent receives a flat-rate payment for each field event. The role requires a real estate license in the state of work and exclusive affiliation of that license with Redfin.
Requirements
- Hold a real estate license in the state where you will work.
- Be willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
- Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to obtain them.
- Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your market.
