About The Position

Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent in Omaha to work with customers on a flexible schedule. The role is suited to new agents looking to develop their skills and experienced agents seeking flexibility. Associate Agents show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. They set their own hours and control their workload, with many customer opportunities, especially on weekends. The position does not involve sales pressure, contracts, or closings. Work is performed remotely in the field, with no office visits required. Optional educational services are available at no cost.

This is an independent contractor role paid at a flat rate per field event. Candidates must hold a real estate license in the state where they will work and be willing to affiliate their license exclusively with Redfin. The application process begins with a short application; qualified applicants may be invited to a video screen, and a recruiter will provide next steps if there is an opening in the area. Redfin may retain applicant information and contact candidates when additional contract opportunities become available. Background screening is conducted consistent with applicable law.

Requirements

• Real estate license in the state where the agent will work.
