We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support Marty Rodriguez and our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping people, paperwork, calendars, and client communication on track. You will assist with transaction paperwork, client follow-up, appointment coordination, database management, marketing support, and day-to-day administrative needs that help the team operate at a high level. The right candidate has strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, a service-first mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked. Real estate experience is strongly preferred, but strong organization, professionalism, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
