About The Position

The Ramp Scrubber Lead ensures facility operations follow established policies and procedures. The role coordinates daily operations by delegating assignments, guiding team members, and providing supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is absent. The Shift Leader upholds cleanliness and safety standards for workers and customers. The work includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and performing general janitorial duties as needed. The stated pay rate is $28.19 per hour. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

One year of similar work experience.
One year of customer service experience.
One year of lead or supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Complete any additional certifications or training needed for the site type.
Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report barriers.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Maintain open communication between field employees and management, and monitor and document client communications.
Assist with preparing daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
Manage keys and access cards for the property.
Report damaged, broken, or out-of-service features and items.
Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Train new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
