About The Position

The Scrubber Operator performs housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse and facility. Responsibilities include cleaning aisles and common areas, handling cardboard and trash, removing damaged products, maintaining sidewalks during inclement weather, sanitizing surfaces, ordering housekeeping supplies, and operating a scrubber. The role is scheduled Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, and pays $20.25 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability and willingness to work a non-traditional shift and hours.
Promote a safe and productive workplace through proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Actively participate in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean bag good aisles.
Empty cardboard in the warehouse and make bales.
Sweep and vacuum trash in assigned aisles.
Pick up broken pallets, cardboard, and trash.
Remove damaged products and take them to the damage area.
Maintain and clean stairwells.
During inclement weather, maintain sidewalks by shoveling snow and putting out ice melt.
Clean bathrooms, office areas, and breakrooms.
Empty trash cans.
Order supplies for housekeeping.
Sanitize door handles, handrails, phones, and other items.
Clean windows.
Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
Operate a scrubber.
