Requirements

1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred
Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS, SOPs, and on-site operational processes
Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork
Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Experience using RF Scanner
Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
Assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies.
