About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent at Sioux Falls Regional Airport. This entry-level role combines passenger service and ramp duties. Agents greet passengers, provide check-in and ticketing assistance, use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and interact with customers courteously and efficiently. Ramp responsibilities include handling baggage, freight, and mail; loading and unloading aircraft; and using company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags. The work takes place both indoors and outdoors, including in all weather conditions. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Envoy provides paid on-the-job training and development programs.

Requirements

• Able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification needed for business travel; some license restrictions may affect eligibility.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time departures and arrivals.
• Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destinations.
