About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a part-time Ramp and Customer Service Agent at Abilene Regional Airport. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and includes paid on-the-job training. The agent helps passengers with check-in, ticketing, itinerary changes, and boarding passes while providing courteous, efficient customer service. The role also involves handling freight, mail, and baggage, supporting on-time departures and arrivals, and driving company vehicles on the tarmac. Work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions. Shifts may vary and can include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification needed for business travel; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time departures and arrivals.
• Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags.
