About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a part-time Ramp and Customer Service Agent at Abilene Regional Airport. The role combines passenger service with ramp and baggage-handling work. Customer service duties include greeting passengers, providing check-in and ticketing assistance, using reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, and issuing boarding passes. Ramp duties include loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage safely; lifting customer bags onto the belt; and using company vehicles to transport bags. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and helping achieve on-time departures and arrivals. No experience is required, and paid on-the-job training and development programs are provided. The stated pay rate is $13.23 per hour. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays; overtime is available.

Requirements

• Be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs; some license restrictions may prevent consideration.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Use company vehicles to transport bags to their destination.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
