About The Position

Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring a Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent at Midland International Airport. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and includes paid on-the-job training and development. Agents greet passengers and provide check-in and ticketing assistance, use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage. The role also involves working on the airport tarmac and using company vehicles to transport bags. Work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions.

Shifts may vary and may include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The stated pay rate is $15.32 per hour.

Requirements

• Be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Have a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Load, unload, and safely sort freight, mail, and baggage.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
• Use company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags.
