About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a part-time Ramp and Customer Service Agent at Midland International Airport. The entry-level position combines passenger-facing check-in and ticketing support with ramp duties. Agents greet passengers, provide a courteous and efficient check-in experience, use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely to support on-time departures and arrivals. The role involves lifting luggage, operating company vehicles on the tarmac, and working outside in all weather conditions. Shifts vary and may include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Paid on-the-job training and development programs are offered. The listed pay rate is $15.32 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification necessary for business travel; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Load, unload, and safely sort freight, mail, and baggage.
• Support on-time departures and arrivals.
• Lift customer bags onto the baggage belt and handle luggage throughout the shift.
• Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destination.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
