About The Position

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Radiology Technologist specializing in CT in Havre, MT. The position is for the night shift with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The role involves performing radiographic and CT procedures in a hospital setting under the supervision of a radiologist and department leadership.

Requirements

ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist
Montana state licensure as Radiologic Technologist and registration with the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
Graduation from an ARRT-accredited School of Radiologic Technology; high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of age-appropriate patient care
Ability to perform radiographic and CT procedures with appropriate supervision; willingness to work a night travel assignment
In-state Montana travelers will not be considered unless they are more than 250 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic and CT procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director.
Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis with appropriate technique and safety.
Position patients, select imaging protocols, and ensure optimal image quality for diagnostic interpretation.
Operate CT and radiography equipment; verify image quality and document images and patient data accurately.
Maintain radiation safety practices (ALARA), infection control, and equipment readiness; uphold department policies.
Assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required by the department.
