About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Radiology Tech specializing in CT, located in Lodi, California. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 08/31/2026. The role is based in a short-term acute care hospital and involves operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis. Responsibilities include performing CT procedures, general radiography, and fluoroscopy, producing reformatted images, using PACS and teleradiology systems, maintaining patient records, and performing equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
California RT license required
ARRRT RT(R)(CT) or RT(R) ARRRT required
CT Advanced Certification required (OR/HI required; CA preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Fluoroscopy license in CA required if operating fluoroscopy
Venipuncture certification required in CA if performing venipuncture
At least two years of recent radiology experience
Current nursing license per state of assignment

Responsibilities

Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images used for diagnosis
Perform CT procedures and a range of imaging modalities, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location
Maintain accurate patient records, files and billing information while upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment and manage supply inventory
