About The Position
This is a travel assignment for a Radiology Tech – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech in Lebanon, Oregon. The contract duration is 13 weeks, starting on 09/21/2026. The position is based in a hospital setting, specifically within the imaging department, where the technologist will perform diagnostic radiologic procedures and contribute to patient care. The role involves supporting imaging services and ensuring high-quality patient care through accurate imaging.
Requirements
- Current ARRT RT(R) credential
- Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced imaging department and comply with safety standards
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams per physician orders with attention to image quality and patient safety
- Position patients correctly, apply appropriate exposure factors, and use shielding to protect patients and staff
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment; process and transfer images for radiologist review
- Verify patient identity, review orders, and document procedures according to department policy
- Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms; adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate imaging and high-quality patient care
