About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Radiology Technologist – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The assignment starts on 09/08/2026 and lasts for 13 weeks, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The role is in a hospital environment and involves performing diagnostic radiologic imaging across various settings. Weekly pay ranges from $2,616 to $2,830.

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography required; Massachusetts radiologic technologist license active at submission.
Active MA license required at time of submissions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiologic imaging.
Current AHA BLS certification; flu vaccine required during season.
EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Driver’s license with address matching demographics.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends; RTO must be included at submission and will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
Must not have previously worked permanent employment at any Cambridge facility.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging across inpatient, outpatient, OR, orthopedics, C-arm, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging; ensure image quality and patient safety.
Operate radiology equipment across multiple vendor platforms; adapt to OR environments; maintain sterile technique and assist with procedures as needed.
Position patients, apply shielding, and follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure; ensure patient and staff safety.
Prepare, label, and process images; document and transmit images in the EMR (EPIC experience preferred).
Collaborate with the radiology team and other departments; float to other sites as needed, not more than one site per day; weekend availability as required.
Provide care for patients of all ages; communicate procedures clearly; support a smooth imaging workflow in a fast-paced setting.
