About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Radiology Tech specializing in CT, located in Calais, Maine. The assignment is for 13 weeks and begins on 08/17/2026. Requirements

Active Maine license (Radiologic Technologist) and ARRT credential; ARRT CT certification preferred.
BLS Certification.
Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technologist.
Minimum of one year of experience in diagnostic X-ray and CT; ability to work independently in both modalities.
Ability to use multiple computer systems and work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Covid-19 vaccination is required.
Flexibility to provide OR coverage and participate in call rotation as part of the shift and department needs.

Nice To Haves

Siemens CT equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging for applicable patient populations, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.
Operate CT equipment (Siemens CT equipment preferred) and related imaging systems; administer IV contrast per protocol when required.
Support OR imaging needs, including X-ray coverage in the operating room as assigned.
Maintain thorough documentation in multiple computer systems and ensure accurate patient data handling.
Participate in call coverage and be flexible for evenings or weekends as needed.
Adhere to ALARA principles, standard radiology safety practices, and state, ARRT, and facility policies.
