RADIOLOGY CLINICAL LIAISON, FCH - FH RADIOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES
About The Position
Coordinates and participates in duties that improve daily workflow in the radiology reading room and the overall image interpretation and reporting processes. Provides EPIC and other process training for radiologists, fellows, and radiology residents. Responds to phone calls and pages, evaluates information, and supplies radiologists with adequate data to support image interpretation and report generation. Collects and prepares patient information, including study results, and interacts with referring physicians, practitioner assistants, nurse practitioners, radiologists, residents, and fellows. May occasionally assist with patient transfers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of radiology assistant or related healthcare experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Radiology experience.
- Associate degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Medical Assistant certification or Nursing Assistant certification.
