About The Position
Community Hospital seeking a Radiologist in Columbus, Nebraska. This is a hospital-employed, on-site position. The group's workflow is optimized with McKesson/Change Healthcare PACS, PowerScribe One dictation, and integrated third-party artificial intelligence solutions. The role involves a mixed caseload including emergency room, inpatient, and outpatient studies, covering computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine. The position is open due to an upcoming retirement. The team consists of 3 other Radiologists and follows a 3-week rotation schedule. The department performs approximately 45,000 tests annually and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment.
Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Radiology
- Ability to obtain a Nebraska State Medical License
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures including computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine.
- Interpret emergency room, inpatient, and outpatient studies.
- Oversee outside studies from clinics.
- Cover satellite clinics.
- Utilize McKesson/Change Healthcare PACS, PowerScribe One dictation, and integrated AI solutions.
