Radiologist - Breast Imaging
About The Position
Duly Health and Care Bloomingdale is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist committed to empowering health and elevating patient care, while pursuing innovative solutions with the care team. The role offers autonomy and physician-directed practice within a collaborative network of more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, supported by ambulatory services including imaging, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and six ambulatory surgery centers. The position is part of a physician-led care model emphasizing individualized, evidence-based, patient-centered care, physician governance, and the opportunity for physicians to buy into the practice and gain governance rights, voting privileges, and potential long-term financial value. The role is based in the Chicago suburbs, with access to a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners. The anticipated base compensation range is $400,000–$525,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position may also be eligible for productivity and sign-on bonuses, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus. Total target cash compensation may range from $465,000–$590,000.
