The practice offers a competitive base salary, productivity-based bonus, sign-on bonus, financial relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, a supportive culture, and a Just Culture quality assurance program. A generous monthly stipend is available for fellows in training. Qualified radiologists joining in a full-time onsite employed position may be eligible for an enhanced commencement bonus of up to $200,000; additional eligibility requirements and terms apply. MIA is a physician-led regional radiology practice and affiliate of Radiology Partners, serving Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah. The group includes more than 30 radiologists and advanced practice providers and provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services in hospital and outpatient settings. Its regional PACS model supports collaboration across subspecialties while maintaining local practice relationships and clinical autonomy. The practice emphasizes transparency, physician input, long-term stability, open communication, and shared decision-making. The position is based in Pocatello, a community described as offering short commutes, a lower cost of living, family-friendly neighborhoods, and access to outdoor recreation.
