About The Position

Southwest Medical Imaging, Ltd. (SMIL) is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to join its established, physician-owned multispecialty practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role is 100% breast imaging across five dedicated breast imaging centers. The practice offers flexible scheduling, no call, and no weekends, with a collaborative team and established relationships with surgeons, oncologists, and referring providers. Breast imaging capabilities include all modalities of image-guided biopsies. Resources include 24/7 IT support, Radiologist Support Coordinators, and AI tools such as RecoMD, Aidoc, and RadAI. Partnership track options and a diversified revenue stream from inpatient and outpatient sources are available. SMIL has served the Valley and surrounding communities for over 40 years and operates a network of physician-owned outpatient imaging centers. Its 60+ board-certified radiologists are fellowship-trained. The practice is based in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area, described as a growing medical community with outdoor recreation, golf, dining, schools, and access to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The salary range is $500,000–$600,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

Licensed or able to obtain an Arizona medical license.
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
MQSA certified.
