Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist for its physician-led practice in Idaho Falls and Pocatello, Idaho. The position is primarily focused on interventional radiology in a collaborative clinical environment, with opportunities for procedural variety, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The practice provides comprehensive interventional radiology services, including interventional oncology, peripheral artery disease, portal venous interventions, and outpatient vein services. The role also includes advanced vascular imaging interpretation, such as CTA, MRA, and vascular ultrasound, and management of large-vessel-occlusion stroke thrombectomy cases. Onsite training and experience for stroke thrombectomy are offered. An outpatient clinic supports complex consultations and follow-up, and care is coordinated with referring providers and subspecialty colleagues. The physician joins a collaborative IR team supported by six dedicated advanced practice providers. The practice model is designed to support procedural efficiency and patient continuity, with a stable, physician-driven workflow. MIA is a regional practice affiliated with Radiology Partners, serving facilities across Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah. Its group includes more than 30 radiologists and advanced practice providers and uses a regional PACS model to support subspecialty collaboration while maintaining local practice relationships. The position is employed and onsite, with a competitive base salary, productivity-based bonus using a radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs, and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Qualified radiologists may be eligible for a limited-time enhanced commencement bonus of up to $200,000; additional eligibility requirements and terms apply. Sign-on bonus and financial relocation assistance are also offered. Experienced physicians have a one-year partnership track, while new graduates have a two-year path. The practice offers a Just Culture quality-assurance program and a monthly stipend may be available to fellows in training. The position is based in Idaho Falls, a regional healthcare and economic hub with a lower cost of living, short commutes, outdoor recreation, strong schools, and access to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
