About The Position

Solis Mammography is seeking fellowship-trained or MQSA-qualified Breast Imaging Radiologists to support its network of more than 150 outpatient imaging centers across more than 20 metropolitan markets. This is a fully remote opportunity within a physician-led organization focused exclusively on women’s imaging. Physicians can choose a full-time, part-time, or supplemental workload, with consistent case flow and operational support. The role is entirely outpatient and focused on breast imaging, with no call, nights, or weekends. Physicians may optionally perform breast biopsies at designated onsite locations to maintain procedural skills. Compensation follows a per-study, pay-per-click model, with earning potential aligned to workload and productivity. Malpractice coverage, credentialing and multi-state licensing support, and centralized workflow infrastructure are provided.

Requirements

MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology Residency.
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging or MQSA qualification.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
Active medical license or ability to obtain multiple state licenses.
Experience in breast imaging across multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

Interpret screening mammography, including 3D tomosynthesis.
Interpret diagnostic mammography.
Interpret breast ultrasound.
Interpret breast MRI.
Maintain compliance with MQSA standards and quality benchmarks.
Provide accurate, timely interpretations to support patient care across multiple sites.
Optionally perform breast biopsies at designated onsite locations.
