About The Position

This is a traveling assignment for a Radiation Therapist (Radiation Therapy Tech) in Hawaii. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 11/02/2026. The role is based in a hospital-based radiation therapy program. Weekly pay ranges from $2,736 to $2,896. There are no guaranteed hours. The shift is 5 days per week, with 8-hour shifts on weekdays, and no on-call duties are required.

Requirements

Experience demonstrating thorough knowledge of imaging procedures and/or techniques (examples may include myelograms, discograms, arthrograms, and radiography of chest, skull, GI tract, urinary tract, and vascular systems).
Proficiency with Mosaiq patient management system.
Proficiency with Elekta linear accelerator equipment.
Ability to work in a hospital-based radiation therapy setting as a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Deliver prescribed radiation treatments per the treatment plan using Mosaiq and an Elekta linear accelerator.
Properly position and immobilize patients to ensure accurate, reproducible treatment delivery.
Verify treatment orders, review patient data, and document sessions in the Mosaiq system.
Perform image-guided therapy as required, including setup verification imaging.
Monitor patients during treatment and respond to urgent needs or concerns.
Perform routine equipment QA and coordinate with the radiation oncology team (oncologist, physicist, dosimetrist) to ensure treatment quality and safety.
