Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems.
Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.

Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
Ability to learn new technology, service procedures, and specifications.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and assist with service needs in the Quick Lane.
Write service tickets and accurately document customer concerns.
Recommend maintenance based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines.
Communicate with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly.
Keep customers informed about service progress, timelines, and additional recommended work.
Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval.
Support an efficient service experience from check-in through check-out.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area.
