About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join the Service Team at Kendall Chevrolet of Eugene. The Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving customers throughout the community. The Advisor is a key first contact for service customers, helping build lasting relationships by providing an unrivaled customer experience and making informed repair and maintenance recommendations. The position involves working with customers, technicians, and sales staff and completing service-related tasks efficiently and in an organized manner. The role is primarily indoors and involves computer work, some standing and walking, and frequent telephone use.

Requirements

• High-level customer service experience.
• Ability to demonstrate time management, a strong work ethic, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Nice To Haves

• General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.
• Dealership experience.
• Service writing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify that work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Research vehicle history to make informed recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information.
• Complete work tasks efficiently and in an organized manner.
• Communicate with customers throughout the day using telephone, email, and chat systems.
• Schedule service appointments.
