About The Position

Kinexus Group is seeking an experienced Quality & Training Manager to oversee employee development and compliance across its subsidiaries. This role involves conducting compliance assessments against laws, regulations, internal processes, and grant requirements to identify training needs. The manager will collaborate with operational leaders to implement strategies for staff growth and development, ultimately mitigating risk and reducing organizational liability. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, human services, pre-law or accounting or the equivalent combination of training and/or experience
  • Workforce Development and/or quality assurance experience
  • Prior experience in project management
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Effective Presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop, scope, and prioritize the annual compliance monitoring calendar in collaboration with the Executive Vice President, Workforce.
  • Conduct Internal Monitoring, including maintaining documentation for compliance, monitoring findings, and observations.
  • Develop monitoring guides, desk review formats, and related templates for compliance reviews.
  • Perform at least one review of each program annually, producing a report, delivering staff training, and performing corrective action follow-up.
  • Support the PATH team with monthly PATH Data Verification and semi-annual PATH Internal Controls reporting to the State.
  • Support the PATH team with semi-annual FAET Case Review reporting to the State.
  • Provide written reports to the Manager, Risk Management, identifying the root cause of violations and documenting corrective action requirements.
  • Meet with operational leaders to assist in developing plans to address noncompliance.
  • Stay updated on current state/federal/local policies and regulations related to all applicable programs and funding sources.
  • Maintain the SharePoint Compliance page as a staff resource.
  • Support staff for external monitoring, including guiding, preparing pre-visit documents, conducting interviews, and file preparation.
  • Lead corrective action responses when needed.
  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance-focused training strategies aligned with workforce policies, grant requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Assess organizational training needs and deliver targeted learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, coaching) to strengthen staff capacity in program and policy compliance.
