About The Position

The Quality Supervisor supports operations across the Western Region, focusing on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), ensuring compliance with applicable certifications and customer specifications, and strengthening operational execution through standardized processes and procedures. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager and aligned within Operations, this role works closely with site leadership and production teams to embed quality into daily execution.

Requirements

• Experience in quality and/or NDT within OCTG, downhole tools, or specialty oilfield services.
• Strong understanding of NDT methods, including EMI, UT, MT, PT, and VT, and applicable industry standards.
• Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and API standards such as API 5CT and API Q1/Q2.
• Ability to interpret and apply customer specifications in inspection and service environments.
• Knowledge of quality systems, including root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Self-starter able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with operations, leadership, and customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive reduction of COPQ through daily operational engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry standards.
• Lead development and delivery of hands-on training programs to support effective execution of quality processes and sustain improvements across operations.
• Standardize quality processes and best practices across Western Region facilities in alignment with Operations.
• Track, report, and communicate quality metrics to support operational decision-making.
