Quality & Patient Safety Coordinator
About The Position
This role involves coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs to ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence. The coordinator will lead multidisciplinary collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes. Additionally, the role involves championing patient safety initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies and transforming data into insights by analyzing clinical and financial metrics to produce reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
- Quality Professional preferred.
- Risk Management preferred.
